By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced or hyperlinked here. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to our website — it's your responsibility to check periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.

Our store is hosted on Shopify., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell to you.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms:
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence, or have parental/guardian consent, to use this site. You must not use our products for any unlawful purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws) while using the Service. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.

Section 2 — General Conditions:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. Content you submit (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks; payment information is always encrypted in transit. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only and don't affect interpretation of these Terms.

Section 3 — Accuracy of Information:
Content on this site is provided for general information only. We're not liable if information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and reliance on it is at your own risk. We may modify site content at any time without notice and have no obligation to update it, except as required by law.

Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices:
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, and all prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or part, at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for such changes, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 13).

Section 5 — Products and Services:
Some products may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities, and are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Returns Policy. We make every effort to accurately display our handbags' colours and details, but can't guarantee your screen will display them exactly as they appear in person. We may limit sales by person, region, or quantity at our discretion, and may discontinue any product at any time.

Section 6 — Accuracy of Billing and Account Information:
We may refuse or limit any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or that share the same account, payment method, or address as another restricted order. If we change or cancel your order, we'll try to notify you using the contact details you provided. You agree to keep your account and payment details current and accurate. Section 7 — Optional Third-Party Tools:
We may give you access to third-party tools we don't control or monitor, provided "as is" without warranty. Your use of these tools is at your own risk — please review the relevant third party's own terms.

Our site may link to third-party websites or content not affiliated with us. We're not responsible for their accuracy, content, or your dealings with them. Direct any complaints about third-party products to that third party.

You're solely responsible for your submissions and confirm they don't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, defamatory, or malicious content.

Your personal information is handled under our (Privacy Policy), in accordance with the *Privacy Act 1988* and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Section 11 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions:
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g. in pricing or product descriptions) at any time, including after you've placed an order, without prior notice.

Section 12 — Prohibited Uses:
You may not use our site to: break any law; infringe our or others' intellectual property; harass, defame, or discriminate against any person; submit false information; transmit viruses or malicious code; harvest others' personal data; spam, phish, or scrape the site; or bypass any security features. We may terminate your access for any violation.

Section 13 — Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010 or any other law that can't be excluded. This includes your right to a repair, replacement, or refund where a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description.

Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, our Services and products are provided "as is," and we don't warrant that use of the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Where permitted, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding the price paid.

Section 14 — Limitation of Liability:
To the extent permitted by law (and subject to Section 13), LA'VUX, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or data — arising from your use of the Service or any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 15 — Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LA'VUX and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party right.

Section 16 — Sever ability:
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full effect.

Section 17 — Termination:
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you've breached these Terms — you'll remain liable for all amounts due up to that date.

Section 18 — Entire Agreement:
These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, form the entire agreement between you and LA'VUX regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms doesn't waive our right to do so later.

Section 19 — Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of *(New South Wales, Australia), and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Section 20 — SMS Marketing:
By consenting to LA'VUX's SMS marketing at checkout or via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text messages, including order and abandoned-checkout reminders, marketing offers, and review requests. Message frequency varies, and consent is not a condition of purchase. This program complies with the *Spam Act 2003 (Cth)*.

To unsubscribe, reply **STOP** to any message from us, or use the unsubscribe link provided. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you're responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier. For help, reply **HELP** or contact us using the details below.

We may change the number or short code used to send messages and will notify you if we do; messages (including STOP/HELP requests) sent to an old number may not be received, and we're not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected messages, to the extent permitted by law.
